1. About Voltiq
Voltiq is an educational platform that provides factual mathematical analysis of options contracts. Voltiq is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any investment decision.
2. Educational Purpose Only
All content, analysis, scores, signals, and AI-generated explanations on Voltiq are provided for educational and informational purposes only. The Strategy Fit Score, strategy explanations, Greeks calculations, and all other outputs are mathematical analyses of publicly available market data — not personalized investment recommendations. The Strategy Fit Score measures how well current market conditions align with a selected strategy type; it is not a buy or sell signal. You should not make investment decisions based solely on information provided by Voltiq.
3. No Investment Advice
Voltiq does not provide personalized investment advice. Past performance of any analysis, score, or strategy does not guarantee future results. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Voltiq. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and meet all legal requirements to use investment education platforms in your jurisdiction.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. Voltiq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Voltiq does not store credit card data — all payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are issued at Voltiq's discretion.
7. AI-Generated Content
Voltiq uses AI to generate educational explanations of options strategies and market conditions. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes only. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or reflect outdated information. You should independently verify all information before making any financial decision. Voltiq makes no warranty as to the accuracy of AI-generated content and expressly disclaims liability for investment decisions made using AI-generated explanations.
8. Data Accuracy
Market data, options chain data, and financial figures are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Voltiq makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any market data displayed on the platform.
9. Broker Integrations
Broker synchronization is a planned feature not yet available. When launched, it will use read-only OAuth connections and Voltiq will never store your broker credentials or execute trades on your behalf. You will remain solely responsible for all trading decisions and transactions made through your brokerage accounts.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Voltiq for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or redistribute data, to reverse engineer the platform, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltiq and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
12. Changes to Terms
Voltiq reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
